Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. To ensure fairness and availability for all, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment or no-shows will incur a $50 fee.

For clients using a membership credit for a free treatment, late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of that credit.

In certain circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee or reinstate the credit at our discretion.
