Membership Rules, Terms & Conditions

Membership Eligibility

  1. All membership benefits are available exclusively to active members in good standing throughout the duration of their membership.


Membership Services

  1. Members receive one free "Bee-Deluxe Scalp Therapy" treatment per month at their chosen appointment date and time.
  2. The free cost of this service will not appear during booking. If you have a credit for your free treatment, the cost will be waived at checkout after your appointment. You can check your free treatment balance in your account profile -> Memberships -> Balance or call to ask.


Additional Services

  1. Members may purchase unlimited additional treatments at discounted rates for their personal use.


Rollover Privileges

  1. Unused monthly services will roll over to the following month.
  2. If a membership is canceled, any accumulated services will expire and are non-refundable.


Membership Freeze Option

  1. Memberships may be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months at participating locations.
  2. While a membership is frozen, members can redeem accumulated services but will not have access to additional membership benefits (such as guest privileges, retail discounts, or gift card perks).
  3. Freezing a membership is subject to approval based on individual circumstances.


Cancellations & Changes

  1. A 48-hour notice is required for canceling free treatments. Failure to do so will result in the loss of that credit.
  2. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  3. Members must notify Bee-Happy of any changes to their address, contact information, or payment details.
  4. To cancel a membership, clients must call Bee-Happy Health and Wellness directly. Membership benefits and fees will continue for three months after cancellation is initiated. Membership will be terminated after 3 months.


Policy Modifications

  1. Bee-Happy Health and Wellness reserves the right to update membership rules, pricing, and services with reasonable notice.
