How long does a session last?

Session lengths vary depending on the selected treatment and add-ons. Services durations start ranging from 45 to 75 minutes. Specific add-ons (hot stone, hair styling, scalp oil) will increase your session duration by 10-20 mins each.

Do you take walk-ins?

No, we require booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time.

Do you charge extra for long or thick hair?

Yes. To provide the best care and results, thick or long hair past the shoulders requires additional time for our treatments, which will incur an additional fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $50 fee. Clients may cancel their appointment online at least 48 hours before their appointment. For cancellations within 48 hours, please contact us at (281) 816-6916 and we may waive your cancellation fee.

Do I need to make an account in order to book an appointment?

Yes, appointments are required as we use Vagaro for our booking system, which requires clients to create an account to schedule a service. Your account allows you to view upcoming appointments, track purchases and gift card balance, manage memberships, and much more.

How do I check if my membership is active?

To check your membership status, navigate to your account profile at the top right of our website. From there, click Memberships and you can view your membership details.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, please call us at (281) 816-6916, and we will initiate the cancellation process for your membership. For more information about our membership policy, please review the Terms and Conditions.

How do I check how many free treatments I have?

To view how many free treatments you have, navigate to the Memberships tab in your account profile at the top right of our page. Click on your membership, then click Balance. You will see how many Visits Remaining you have for free treatments. For further assistance, please contact Bee-Happy Health and Wellness.

No need! We will cleanse and treat your scalp as part of the service.

Can I style my hair after the treatment?

Yes, but we recommend letting your scalp absorb the benefits for a few hours before applying heat or heavy styling products.
